February 23 -25 We arrived just after a 15" dump on beautiful sunny day...The first afternoon was spent melting snow and littering the west ridge with "body divots"! So much powder, so little time! |
| Most of the next day was spent skiing the trees below the lake. Knee deep
powder was skied with a vengence by all - some with skis, others using their heads, faces
and butts! Sweet turns to the point of excess! The NW facing ridge gave our brave
tele-meisters the finest sunset and runs of the day. -W., D., J., & G. |
